Thanks for your kind words Linda! :) I'm pretty certain that the recipient of the Merry & Bright quilt does not ready this site, so I'll try and get some photos up tomorrow.

As for the pattern, it's simple--I just arranged the layer cake squares in a pleasing way and sewed it together. So simple, yet I think it's one of my most favorite "patterns" because you really get to enjoy the whole fabric line, and what each piece of fabric has to offer.

Here's a link to Amanda Jean's (of crazy mom quilts) Christmas charm quilt: http://crazymomquilts.blogspot.com/2008/11/christmas-charm.html

Good luck with your APQS longarm machine, and I look forward to your website...drop me a message when it's up and running, and let me know what you decide to do with the Merry & Bright fabric (I LOVE that line!!!! :) ).

hi! i bought the merry & bright fabric ~a year ago. i thought i could remember the pattern used in the fabric store, but here i am a year later and can't remember how the quilt looked to save my life! is there any way you might send me a sneak peak picture of what you're doing with the fabric via my email? help!!! THANKS!!

btw, i just got an APQS longarm quilting machine and LOVE IT!! however, i must admit that i get VERY nervous when i'm trying to quilt for other people. i'm so afraid that they won't like my work. mainly, i rent the machine out--then if they don't like it, it's their own work, not mine that they are unhappy with.

i love your website. i'm working on getting mine up and going--apexquilting.com it's not up yet, though.

warmly,
